We designed this project with the discerning traveller in mind – someone who values flexibility, comfort and a sense of connection. With considered amenity and adaptable spaces that support work, relaxation and entertaining, it’s a place that moves with the varied rhythms of modern life and offers the freedom to shift between business and leisure realms.

Located along the Great Eastern Highway transit corridor, our vision for these serviced apartments delivers a well-connected, highly liveable experience that aligns with the City of Belmont's Urban Corridor Strategy. With close proximity to Perth Airport, the Swan River, Gould Reserve and a variety of dining, retail and entertainment options, the project delivers an attractive lifestyle for visitors while contributing to the area's ongoing urban transformation.

At ground level, we’ve created a warm, tactile lobby experience that draws inspiration from the surrounding landscape. Layers of natural, soft materials foster a sense of calm (and respite from the pace of the nearby highway) while curated work club style facilities support productivity on the go.

Functionality and community engagement guided our approach. Strategic landscaping interventions enhance the local streetscape while improving pedestrian access and creating inviting public spaces. A step-down at the rear offers a respectful transition to neighbouring properties while vertical articulation softens the building mass, ensuring a dynamic yet elegant presence.

Our architectural response is both crafted and contextual, while respecting the surrounding suburban character. The result is a contemporary, high-quality development that strengthens the urban fabric while fostering a genuine sense of place.
